Dean Reed, LLC is owned and operated by Dr. Dean Reed (Dr. D). Dr. D holds a PhD in Training and Human Performance Improvement and a Masters in Business Administration, and he has been in the learning and development field for nearly 40 years. As a former Training Strategy and Planning Manager for a Fortune 50 company, he has helped design and build training departments and programs from the ground. He has managed/trained multiple training teams. He holds several certifications in the field of learning and development and AI prompt engineering, such as:
